FINE ARTS Mr. Russell:"Now as I see this, you need to make it darker here to give that 1% extra." The Fine Arts Department seeks to give the individual a deeper appreciation for the beautiful in music and art. New this year is the combination of these two areas into one course — Appreciation of Art and Music. Church, campus and community receive benefit from this department through its various outlets — art exhibits, choral groups and the band. Professor Russell and Professor Thornton correlate the fine arts.
