SOCIAL SCIENCE Mr. Cleveland McDonald Mr. Ralph B. Gale Man through the ages has had social interaction with his environment as well as with other men. The purpose of the Social Science Department is to show the studentthe significance of this interaction. Courses are offered in both history and sociology since each area is important in order to understand the total picture of man's reactions and interaction. Once the overall view is achieved, courses of a more specialized nature are studied. 30
