Dorm Counselors Demerits, room fines, failures to sign in, late permis- sions, and complaints are often credited to the dormitory counselors. Too often their conferences, dorm prayer meetings, encouragement, friendship, and spiritual emphasis are for- gotten. And yet without these counselors—the question an- swerers, the criticism accepters, the guidance givers, and the discipline seekers, the college could not operate easily nor efficiently.
