Conference Is Held Despite Weather Each year the missionary confer- ence is organized by Fellowship of World Missions, a campus group praying specifically for missionar- ies. During the week of January 16-20, the temperature drops to a low of - 21°,and for the first time in Cedar- ville's history girls wear slacks to the conference. Ninety-six percent ofCedarville's student body volun- tarily sacrifices breakfast and lunch in the college cafeteria on Hunger Day to aid victims of the recent flood in Assam, India. The conference hosts four speak- ers, including Kay Lamb of Cam- pus Bible Fellowship; Dan Lacey, missionary to the Spanish-speak- ing people in Florida, and Vernon Weber, missionary in the Domini- can Republic. All are from B.M.M. William Hopewell represents A.B.W.E.as Deputation Secretary. 1.
