OPENING Reflections Of January "For he saith to the snow, Be thou on the earth; likewise to the small rain,and to the great rain of his strength." Job 37:6 Students began returning in January for the start of the Winter Quarter. Although there was no snow for January, there was a great deal of rain. Students spent their time inside studying or socializing. The intramural sports program pro- vided students with the opportunity to exercise and have a break from studies. Most students carried their heaviest load during winter quarter and therefore spent most of their time working on homework and papers. This Page, Upper Right: Cindy Armstrong.
