Building Friends With Competitors nder the leadership of Coach John McGillivary our women's track pro- gram began its third season since its existence in 1982. Assisting Coach McGillivary were co-captains Beth Brit- ton and Karen Harrington. From the outset of the first meeting, our team goals were established. Our first goal asa team wasto win the Mid- Ohio Conference,which we did by de- feating the defending champions,De- fiance College 192 to 180.
