The Cedarville College staff is the undeniable glue to the college's pro- ductivity. One hundred and seventy-two staff members sacrificed what the world might term better positions in order to work for the Best. Irene Gidley, secretary to the president, said of the staff,"Our positions are considered a minis- try. I've never even had a desire to (work) elsewhere." Staff members have committed their lives to making a difference at Cedarville College. They interact daily with students, faculty, administra- tion, and outside professionals, meeting profes- sional as well as personal needs.
