photo by John Bush Some Not-So-Average Weekends If a Cedarville student was asked,"What is an average weekend?" The student may reply, "Going to Young's or just hanging out." However, the weekend ofFebruary 15th could be described as anything but or- dinary. On Feb- ruary 15th, Lil' Sibs weekend began. From all over the coun- try brothers and sisters of Cedarville stu- dents came to visit photo by their older siblings. Many ac- tivities were planned to make Lil' Sibs Weekend special. Some of the activities includ- ed the wintex drama produc- tion: "The Miracle Worker," open gym,and a Yellow Jack- et basketball game. Because of the hardeffort of many, this weekend was more than just an average Cedarville weekend. — Carrie Mann photo by John Bush Miracles truly merged on November 2,1990. Grandpar- ents from all over the country came to Cedarville to be a part of Grandparents' Day. The special time they enjoyed with their grand- children includ- ed many activ- ities the college planned. The day be- gan with the daily chapel ser- vice during which Matt Benefiel touched many John Bush hearts by singing"We MustLove Them While We Can." After enjoy- ing lunch in the cafeteria, grandparents had time to visit classes before going to the ad- ministrative reception. Our grandparents represent many kinds of miracles. The day set aside to honor them will remain an integral part of the school year. — Amy Edwards photo by Andy Jamieson Student Life 65
