"Lord,thank you that Christians can have fun too... We gotChad into the lake." 9/3 First observatory loop workout. The team runsfour separate 1.2 mile loops faster than race pace. "Praise for the workout...I really ran for you on the fourth one.. my best time was 5:50." 9/4 "Whata touching prayer meeting. The guys shared from their hearts whatGod's been teaching them...(Later at9:15)we played round robin.., we had suspicions that the girls were planning an ambush.
