Others mayinsist,"Mysophomore year was myfavorite because Iwascomfortable here andno longer a 'lowlyfreshman."Surprisingly,severalmay agree that thesenioryearis the best because, "we are almost done,andSpring Quarter willbe a breeze!" Senior Cindy De Crarkhappify declares that herjunioryearproved to be her best year. Asa returningstudent,Cindy wasnotonlyfamiliar with thecampus,butthepeople as well.She wasquitepleased with herdormitoryfife,forherroommate wasalong-timefriendfrom home.Inaddition,Cindyfinally began to take thehOer- fever . coursesforherElementaryEducation major. Itturnedoutto be achallengingyetenjoyable experienceforher.'Thesingle aspect thatcausediterjunioryear to be her best was her brother unit. Around Christmas,Cindy andher unit-mates met their brother unit. From then on,they became inseparable,andCindy andherfriends continua"lbleyat the Winter Quarter blahs" byparticipatingin enjoyable activities with eightguysfrom theirbrotherunit, excursionsincluding ohnBryanandaMichael W.Smith concert. Adults often encourage college students to enjoy their college years,for they willbe the best years oftheir lives. DuringfinanciaIstruggles,academicpressures,andhome-sickness,studentsoften question the truth ofthatstatement.
