1993 Miracle Yearbook

CEDARS Combining Commitment and Creafivity Cedars, the newspaper of Cedarville College, re- quires the input of many individuals with varied tal- ents. Since Cedars is a bi-weekly publication, the members of the staff spend approximately ev- ery other week generat- ing the material they need foran issue. The alternat- ing weeks are then spent editing, designing layouts, and publishing. Putting an extra strand of creativity into each is- sue ofthe paper becomes a difficult challengefor all. One new aspect of the paper this year has been the addition of Glowmer to the staff. His column has brought a creative twist to the happenings in Cedarville. In fact, polls show that most students read Glowmer right after the ever-popular SideWalk Talk. Before creativity or hu- mor, however, the staff has committed them- selves to producing a quality publication. Each issue of Cedars includes a statement of their pri- mary goal:"Committed to the pursuit of excellence, Cedars will continually strive to honor and glorify our Lord Jesus Christ." •Marsha Olsen Front row:Laura Richardson,Jennifer Ross,Cheryl Davis.
