ommunity Ministries "Peer" Pressure When the average Cedarville student considers the word "peer," he or she might envision fellow classmates atschool oracquaintances back home who are close to the same age. Our peer group extends much further than we often suppose. Cedarville is surrounded by other colleges and universities which educate young adults who carry with them many of the same anxieties, hopes, and dreamsofthefutureasCedarville studentsdo. But many of our own peers who attend the secular colleges lack the one Person who can give mean- ing to the future: Christ. Bringing Christtothe secularcampusisthe goal of the Campus Interaction teams which presently travel to Antioch and Wittenberg each week. The Antioch team, consisting of seven members,is led byZach Pappas. The students meetfor an hour of prayer before heading outto Antioch to preparefor the ministry that evening. The team stresses the ideaoffriendship evangelism, which includes build- ing a genuinefriendship before sharing the gospel. The coffee shop on campus is the primary spot where the Cedarville team goes to chat and dis- cuss worldviews with Antioch students. .Tara Luther ANTIOCH COLLEGE.
