BELOW: Cliff Scott moves the ball down field while warding off his opponent 1994 Men's Soccer Review The Yellow Jackets posted a 7-9-2 record and Eric Reini earned National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA)All-Americasecondteam honorsforthethird straight year to highlight the soccer season. Reini,a senior midfielderfrom Ada,Ohio,was also named to the All-NCCAA District III first team and to the All-Mid- Ohio Conference second team. He led Cedarville in assists with five. Senior midfielder Andy Stewart,the other co-captain,was the team scoring leader with five goals and three assists for13 points. Junior midfielder KyleSchwendemann wasnext with five goalsand an assistfor11 points. Hewasnamed to the All- NCCAA District III first team and was honorable mention in the MOC. Junior midfielder Matt Towle and classmate Neil Brown,a back, were the other Yellow Jackets to garner postseason honors.Towle wasselected to the All-NCCAA District!!!first team and both players were honorable mention in the MOC. Juniors Ryan Mears and Mark Otto split goalkeeping du- ties.Mearshad a 5-4-1 record with oneshutoutand a1.47goals against average. Otto was2-5-1 with three shutouts and a 1.65 GAA. Reini,Schwendemann,and Stewartshared team MVP hon- ors. Sophomore back Dan Lee and Cliff Scott were named the team's most improved players and Brown earned top defen- sive recognition.
