This year Cedarville College chose to rememberaspecial division ofthearmed forces that does not usually get much recognition, and that was the Chaplains of the Armed Forces. As the college recognizedLouisZampariniand allthose who have fought or served in the Armed Forces,wewerealsoremindedoftherole chaplains have in the service. Dr.David Robey wrote a dramatic performance of the story ofthe four chaplains who gave their lives and helped maintain order as theirship wassinking. Afterthedramatic performance,the symphonic band under the direction of Mr. Michele Di Cuirci played a piece based on that story called The Light Eternal which portrayed through musicthe celebration oflife,the sinking ofthe ship,and the faith ofchap- lains. •4mon g the veterans,Cedarville College specifically recognized Louis Zamparini for his sacrifices during WWII.
