2002 Miracle Yearbook
Nine months spent living in the middle ofa cornfield apparently affected student body leaders. SGA pulled out overalls and dragged out pigs along with enough straw and tractors to make class clash look like a Barnyard Brawl. Class clash pitted the freshman,sophomore,junior, and senior classes in head-to-head competition to determine who wore the overalls on campus. Barnyard Brawl hosted nine separate events for students to learn how farm fit they really were. SGA elected to distribute color-coordinated bandanas to those who signed up to compete in this year's class clash. The bandanas added some farm flare and also allowed students to show class pride during the day while never breaking dress code. The junior class of2003 won the competition. Their men's and In the bath of the earth, Adam Weiss is caught as he lathers in skin enriching mud barnyard brawl women's teams both won the final event, the mud tug, to secure the first place berth. Sophomore K.C. Myers delivered a bold challenge to the champions:"Next year, my friends.., walk in fear: for we'll . return stronger than before, and conquer all through the devastating flood ofraw tenacity and sheer determination." The senior class of2002 turned some heads when they were able to finish above last place for the first time in their four years at Cedarville. Senior Aaron Mahl delighted in his class's accomplishment,saying,"We were excited to receive 2nd place." After the muddy participants cleaned offin Cedar Lake, the consensus was that they had a blast. Sophomore broadcasting major Julie Marshall reported,"I was in the mud tug,so it was really disgusting, but I had so much fun." Is the water cold, or are they extremely happy to be swimming?
