2007 Miracle Yearbook

4 n evening to be with friends,to reflect on memories,to enjoy good food, and listen to good music. Junior-Senior 2007 was held at the historic Columbus Anthenaeum in downtown Columbus. Friends and couples took pictures againstthe brick building, arranging themselves on steps and railings to getjust the right look to capture the evening. Students arrived early, mingling with friends and faculty, enjoying the time awayfrom the pressures of homework and studies. After a fantastic dinner, the banqueters headed upstairs to the theater area ofthe Anthenaeum and took their seats to watch a video of several seniors reminiscing about their four years at Cedarville. From stories that had students rolling with laughter to more serious momentsof reflection,Luke Seelye, Ashley Hunter, Cara Slaybough,Rebecca Wolff, and Joel Green led the seniors on a trip down memory lane. After the video came the presentation ofJon McLaughlin - an up-and-coming Christian artist who has been featured on both Christian and secular radio stations. With songs like"Beautiful Disaster"and"Human;'McLaughlin's lyrics caughtthe students' attention, and the energy he put into each song kept the excitement ofthe evening in the air. After he wrapped up his last song,it was time for last-minute pictures with other friends, and then offto enjoy the rest ofthe evening - whether that would be at Applebees,Starbucks,a movie theater,or simply driving back to the dorm. n Married couple Drew and Katie Armstrong enjoy an evening out on the town.
