A combination ofthings make Cedarville the place that it is, but a key component is the commitmentof the Student Life Division to provide students with the resources for a successful college experience.There wassome re-organization this year including a name changefrom Campus Activities Office to Student Life Programs. Jonathan Purple joined the SLP staff and oversaw its activities.The office also hosted its first national conference,the National Christian Multicultural Student Leaders Conference, or NCMSLC. Counseling Services continued to reach out to the student body providing both individual counseling and support groups to those who were struggling. Career Services enabled students to prepare for entering the workforce through Career Links Daysfor almost every field,resume assistance, preparation for graduate schools,and help in seeking employment in internships and full-time work following graduation.The staff in Career Services worked to assist students in making the transition to life after college.The University Medical Services strove to provide quality,accessible health services to its students through a full- service ambulatory care facility and a dedicated staff.The Student Life Division was comprised of different areas with a variety offunctions and goals,but they all served a common goal in enabling students and giving them the tools for an amazing college experience.
