Steve Miller Data Et Gift Processor Tim Entner Director the community with The Main Event,an evangelism outreach event with 13,000 people in attendance,was sponsored byThe PATH and employed several hundred student volunteers. The division was also able to reach several others through the Referred to as"Cedarville's best-kept secret"by Director of Advancement ServicesTim Entner,the Advancement Division took several subtle strides this year to make Cedarville more accessible to potential students. Since Dr.Brown commented that the increasing ofscholarships was"THE initiative"for 2006-2007,a keystone accomplishment this year wasthe addition of numerous scholarships by Gift Planning, including the bolstering ofsome existing ones.Advancement also assisted in reaching outto expansion ofthe CDR Network. The radio network broadened their coverage to Sidney,Greenville,and Bellefontaine,which allowed chapel messages to be heard to countless others in Cedarville's surrounding communities.Another important change this year wasthe changing ofthe name ofthe Annual Fund to the Cedarville Fund. While this change seems insignificant, Director of Advancement Events Jodi Strychalski said that"it really showed a shift in thinking toward our fundraising approach!'The Alumni Relations Office experienced significant changes this year as well, with two new staff members,Sarah Clift and Drew Flamm, and the shifting of positions within the returning members ofthe office, Michelle McCune and Faith Linn.
