2013 Miracle Yearbook

JUNIOR SENIOR BANQUET At the end of spring semester, Cedarville hosts a ban- quet for juniors and seniors. JS is a formal event held off-campus to celebrate graduation and to reflect on past years. This year's theme was Illuminate, meaning to brighten with light in celebration and was held at the Battelle Grand Ballroom in the Greater Columbus Con- vention Center. Students arrived in formal attire around five o'clock on Saturday April 13th. During the first half of the event, a gourmet dinner was served and stu- dents took the opportunity to catch up with friends and moved freely about the room. Some students got their pictures taken on the upper-level balcony while others enjoyed the beautiful view of the city. When everyone had finished their meals, they listened to the band per- form several instrumental pieces as a few couples took the opportunity to slow dance on the dance floor. Soon, everyone was dancing as the DJ played the "Cupid Shuffle" and "Thriller". As the night came to a close, everyone was reminded that the 2013 school year was soon ending and they began to reminisce about past years at Cedarville. JS was a memorable night for all who attended. JS felt like a good conclusion to our four years; after we've struggled and blundered through life together--as ail immediate group of friends and as 3 whole class--we got to have a prettY perfect night to enjoy together." —Katie Entner Senior Student 1.
