Costs and Financial Aid Student Costs The University keeps the application fee, tuition, housing, food, and other fees as low as possible to be consistent with responsible operation. The revenue from students does not cover the total cost of operation. Except for the enrollment deposit, fees are nonrefundable unless a refund is required under the Florida cancellation and refund provisions below. Enrollment-deposit refunds are subject to the deadlines stated in the Admissions section. Any nonrefundable fees regarding admission and registration of Florida students shall not exceed $150. Veterans Training Benefits and Dependents Educational Assistance Students attending the Cedarville University — Florida location are not eligible for Veterans educational benefits pending completion of the approval process with the state of Florida Approving Agency for Veterans' Education and Training. Spring 2027 Tuition Scholarship All students enrolled in and taking classes during the spring 2027 semester are eligible for the spring 2027 Tuition Scholarship. No separate scholarship application is required. The scholarship reduces tuition by 50 percent. The standard tuition rate is $375 per credit hour; therefore, the scholarship reduces tuition by $187.50 per credit hour for Spring 2027 coursework. The student’s tuition after the scholarship is $187.50 per credit hour. This scholarship applies only to spring 2027 tuition. It does not apply to fees, books, supplies, or other charges. Subject to continued enrollment, the scholarship is also guaranteed for the 2027–2028 academic year. Scholarship availability beyond that academic year is not guaranteed. Tuition Refund Schedule Students are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their course registration at the beginning of each term. Changes in a student's course schedule must be made through the drop/add process. During the 100% refund period, students may drop or add courses themselves through Student Planning. Once the 75% refund period begins, students must use the Drop/Add Request Form found in myCU which will include advisor and instructor approvals. The student is required to make up any work missed due to late entrance. Changes in a students' schedule caused by cancellation of courses will not result in financial penalty.
