Nursing Vision Statement We, the Department ofNursing at Cedarville College, are called to educate nursing students who fulfill God's purpose for their lives in local communities and through– out the world. Through the power of the Holy Spirit we are leaders in promoting the health ofpeople in a variety of settings. We are devoted to God's service through the ministry ofnursing. Program Objectives The Department ofNursing seeks to produce graduates who demonstrate mastery in four primary areas: godly living, care, culture, and information management. Accreditation and Licensure National The Department ofNursing Program is accredited by the National League for Nursing. Cedarville College is accredited by the North Central Association ofColleges and Secondaiy Schools. State The Cedarville College Department ofNursing has full approval by the Ohio Board ofRegents and the Ohio Board ofNursing. Registration Graduates are eligible for admission to the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX-RN) for licensure as a registered nurse in any state.
