12 March 21, 19.57 GU GREENEVIEW, JEFFERSON LEAD New Junior High Theory Being Tested Bowersville Jefferson school pupils were third highest in G r e e n e County for atten­ dance from Jan, 14 through Feb. 21, according to figures released by the County Su­ perintendent's office. Jefferson students showed an attendance mark of 93.34 percent. Sugarcreek led the county jvith 94.02 percent and Beavercreek was second with 94 percent. Cedar Cliff pupils were only a short distance behind the Tiger mark. The Cedarville and Clifton schools registered an o v e r - a l l mark of 92. 5 percent. Greeneview came inwith a mark of 91. 58 per­ cent. The average number of pu­ pils attending per grade for the period included: JEFFERSON—First,.46; Sec­ ond, 33; Third, 34; Fourth, 47; Fifth, 32; Sixth, 39; Sev­ enth, 36; Eighth, 35; Ninth, 28; Tenth, 28; Eleventh, 25; and Twelfth, 16. That makes an average full-school en­ rollment of 399 pupils. CEDAR CUFF- - First, 79; Second, 79; Third, 76; Four­ th, 80; Fifth, 67; Sixth, 71; S e v e n t h , 58; Eighth, 57; Ninth, 55; Tenth, 34; Ele­ venth, 32; and Twelfth, 40. That makes an average full enrollment of 713. GREENEVIEW- - First, 103; S e c o n d , 90; Third, 105; Fourth, 89; Fifth, 79; Sixth, 73; Seventh, 77; Eighth, 69; Ninth, 80; Tenth, 59; Ele­ venth, 58; and Twelfth, 40. That makes an average full enrollment of 922 pupils.
