MISS MARTH A RAMSE Y , Philo, essayist, was born in Chicago ·ovember 2, 1872. Graduated from Cedarville High chool in 1892 with honors. Entered Cedarville College in 1896 as a Senior Prep. Entered Cedarville College in 1895 as a Junior Prc>p. . oon after joming ociety she gained a reputa– tion as a declaimer, and was unanimously chosen to represent Philo. in declamation this year. She took the part of Portia in Merchant of Venice, and acquitted herself nobly.
