4 CaringWell. StayingWell. CARING WHEN YOU ARE SICK Here are steps to take if you are feeling ill. 1. ASSESS Assess health to confirmCOVID-19 symptoms: • Fever or chills • Cough • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing • Fatigue • Muscle or body aches • Headache • New loss of taste or smell • Sore throat • Congestion or runny nose • Nausea or vomiting • Diarrhea If you are experiencing shortness of breath or other emergency symptoms, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Personal responsibility should be taken when determining whether to seek medical attention. This list from the CDC does not include all possible symptoms. 2. ISOLATE If you are not feeling well, isolate yourself fromothers immediately. 3. INFORM Notify your camp/conference director and then notify Cedarville University at 937-532-9087. 4. DEPART If you test positive for COVID-19 or exhibit symptoms consistent with COVID-19, youwill be required to leave campus within 24 hours. PersonalWellness Checks Each guest should complete a daily wellness check. We must all take personal responsibility for keeping ourselves and our community safe.
