CYBER LEADER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM: EQUIPPING LEADERS FOR THE DIGITAL LANDSCAPE Launched this academic year, the Cyber Leader Development Program (CLDP) equips future cyber professionals with technical expertise and leadership abilities. During this two-year program, select students participate in hands-on experiences and meet current cybersecurity leaders. “As society leans into artificial intelligence and becomes ever more dependent on technology, the need for strong cybersecurity is clear,” said Dr. Seth Hamman, Director for Cedarville’s Center for the Advancement of Cybersecurity. “Our Cyber Leader Development Program is producing not only technically skilled professionals but wise leaders with a clear understanding of their role in the world.” With additional support, CLDP students could pursue industry-recognized certifications, attend national conferences, and interact with visiting cyber professionals on campus. These opportunities prepare students to lead in a rapidly evolving field. We invite you or your organization to consider partnering with us by sponsoring these initiatives and investing directly in the development of future cyber leaders. SCHOLARSHIPS FOR STUDENTS IN COMPUTER SCIENCE AND CYBER OPERATIONS: REYNOLDS AND REYNOLDS LEADING THE WAY At Cedarville, the student experience is about preparing for a lifetime of meaningful work and service. Employers here in the Dayton region and around the country who resonate with this mission partner with us to prepare our graduates for the work the Lord will call them to do. One such partner is Reynolds and Reynolds, a leader in automotive dealership software and artificial intelligence technology based just 30 minutes from Cedarville’s campus. Since 2014, the Reynolds and Reynolds Company Foundation has generously funded 105 scholarships for students in the School of Engineering and Computer Science and the Robert W. Plaster School of Business. In addition to financial support, scholarship recipients visit the company’s headquarters annually, gaining firsthand insight into industry expectations and leadership in today’s workforce. These experiences inspire students who will go on to shape emerging technologies like artificial intelligence. “I am incredibly grateful for the support of the Reynolds and Reynolds Company Foundation Scholarship,” said Katlynn Rossignol ’26. “Studying at Cedarville University has given me the tools to build a meaningful future surrounded by mentors who model both character and professionalism. This scholarship helped make that possible.” We are deeply grateful for Reynolds and Reynolds and the many partners who invest in Cedarville students. As enrollment in cyber-related programs continues to grow, so does the need for donor-funded scholarships. Would you consider joining us in providing for these future leaders? HOW DO I GET INVOLVED? We invite you to partner with us to prepare the Christlike leaders who will shape and defend our rapidly changing world.
