CONCLUSION • All twenty student teachers concluded that their understanding of teaching had improved • Awareness of student needs • Breaking down content • Necessity for daily assessing • Pacing • Keeping students on track • Most important lessons learned were those of language and culture. • Recognition that American English is not a world-wide English. • Encounter with other cultures provided opportunities to understand the meaning of cultural diversity.
